When ENERGY+ is added to fuel oil,
the first action is to upgrade the fuel.
If any incompatibility exists, the fuel becomes stabilized.
Any sediment present is reduced to a very low level to where
previously unburnable fuel can now be burned.
The overall effect is to transform the stored fuel into a superior
grade, better than the fuel oil available from suppliers.
Any water present is dropped out through
de-emulsification. Sludge and
other dissolvables in the fuel storage tank are dissolved and converted into
good usable fuel. There is less
clogging of fuel lines. Filters
remain cleaner longer with much less maintenance required.
The viscosity of the fuel is lowered to where a significant lowering of
the pre-heat temperature is possible. Previous
pre-heat requirements in the approximate range of 200F can be lowered to 150F
and still achieve the same easy handling of fuel transported through fuel
supply lines.
The major benefit from
using ENERGY+ is the improvement to combustion. The flame changes from a long lazy rolling orangey smoky
flame to a compact bright vibrant lemony-yellow flame.
This is complete combustion occurring for the first time in the ENERGY+
user’s equipment. The equipment
actually runs better than it did when it was new. This results in a significant reduction in the amount of fuel
needed to achieve the desired steam production.
Reductions of fuel consumption of from 9 to 16 percent
are common when using ENERGY+. Reductions
as high as 23 percent have been seen. When
using ENERGY+, the monetary amount of the saved fuel more than exceeds the
cost of the ENERGY+. Because more
than the cost of the ENERGY+ is saved, this product pays for itself.
Since there is complete combustion taking place when
using ENERGY+, every last drop of oil is burned. With this clean burning of the fuel, the boiler operating
efficiency is raised and stack discharges are practically pollution-free.
There is no longer a buildup of soot or other carbon deposits resulting
in little or no further need for soot blowing.
Heat-transfer surfaces become clean of scales and deposits, with time,
and the boiler is restored to a clean condition.
A high operating efficiency condition always exists
following the cleaning-off of deposits from heat transfer surfaces at the time
of the annual boiler teardown inspection.
This same high efficiency remains unchanged throughout the year with
continuous use of ENERGY+.
The
elimination of soot deposit buildups on interior fireside surfaces of the
boiler provides for a very efficient transfer of heat that results in a
greatly lowered stack temperature. In
the absence of internal buildups, any vanadium present in the fuel oil has
no place to deposit. This
therefore avoids the formation of V2O5
(Vanadiurn
Pentoxide), preventing the catalytic formation of SO3, the major contributing factor for acid rain.
ENERGY+
FOR
Steam
plants
and
other oil burning installations
ENERGY+
represents a breakthrough in chemical conditioning of all grades of fuel oil.
It is added directly to the oil storage tank where it upgrades the
quality of the stored fuel. The effect of using ENERGY+
is to greatly improve the overall operation of the oil-burning plant to where
there is a large reduction in fuel consumption. This fuel extension results in substantial savings of fuel
costs far beyond the cost of the ENERGY+ itself.
We are the first and only additive to do this.
Initially, ENERGY+
cleans the oil storage tank and totally eliminates any existing sludge, fungus
and algae. Reformation is also
prevented. When added to marginal
fuel, high sediment is dramatically reduced by over 70 percent and excess
water drops out by a de-emulsification action.
Even good fuel is improved. In
all cases, ENERGY+ cleans the fuel
where the overall effect is to free it from all problems which are associated
with sludge, high sediment and incompatibility.
Here again, ENERGY+ is the
first and only fuel additive to upgrade the quality of stored fuel.
The net effect of ENERGY+’s conditioning is to provide the following:

ENERGY+
is the only fuel additive to provide all the above listed
benefits and also save money at the same time.
Because fuel treated with ENERGY+
burns at peak efficiency, the oil burning plant’s equipment will finally be
able to reach and maintain the high performance levels of the manufacturer’s
original equipment specifications.
Steam Boilers – Here, visible evidence of more complete
combustion taking place is shown by the appearance of a clean active flame,
compact and yellow-white in color. This
dramatically improved combustion shows that all the fuel is consumed with no
waste of unburned fuel. Additionally,
no new soot or slag will deposit on furnace tubes and walls. The
catalytic effect of ENERGY+ also causes a gradual reduction of all existing soot
deposits. This results in clean
fireside tubewalls and furnace surfaces, free of heat robbing soot and slag,
allowing for a faster heat transfer which is both economical and fuel saving.
The net result is an increase in the SPR (Steam Production Ratio or
pounds of steam produced per gallon of oil fired.)
Shutdowns due to plugged fireside tubes and surfaces will no longer
occur. Boiler surfaces are kept carbon and soot free resulting in
reduced black smokey stack discharges. The
improved boiler efficiency previously seen only after teardown and cleaning is
now experienced, continually, all year round.
The main benefit to be seen when running steam plants
or other oil-burning installations with ENERGY+ is a significant reduction in fuel consumption.
With its greatly improved combustion, using ENERGY+
results in totally clean operating systems.
This in turn results in big monetary savings of fuel, which far surpass
the cost of the ENERGY+. When using ENERGY+,
you will initially see a minimum fuel savings of approximately 7.5 percent.
This will climb from week to week where it will level off at the high
performance levels originally specified by the equipment manufacturer.
Right from the start, ENERGY+
will save more from the value of the reduced fuel usage than the cost of the ENERGY+. As time goes by, the amount of monetary savings will increase
and there will also be additional savings from reduced maintenance costs.
