TEST PROCEDURE

TO EVALUATE

          DIESEL ENERGY+                            GASOLINE ENERGY+

GENERAL:  The purpose of this Procedure is to evaluate the effectiveness of either ENERGY+ product.  Use a minimum of 6 vehicles.  The tested vehicles are not to be special vehicles that are either new or highly tuned.  They should be ordinary vehicles driven by ordinary people.  Most have never seen a tune-up.  Many have previously failed emissions tests.  These tests will show that the use of the respective ENERGY+ will achieve the following three (3) major benefits:

1.       A significant increase in vehicle miles-per-gallon.  The fuel savings from this increased mileage will more than pay for the ENERGY+.

2.       A noted improvement to the operation of the vehicle with more engine pulling power and quicker response.  Drivers will notice smoother, quieter running vehicles and will experience less fatigue after long runs.

3.       A major reduction of polluting exhaust emissions with a virtual elimination of black smoke.  When these ENERGY+ products are widespread used in a foreign country, there is, at last, a way to rid that country of the ravages of debilitating air pollution.

PROCEDURE

A.     Select a few (2,3 or more) of the worse running, dirtiest exhaust vehicles from a fleet.  For each vehicle, record the (baseline data) BEFORE ENERGY+ features as follows:

1.       If mileage records (MPG) are not already available, then determine each vehicle’s MPG

from the miles traveled versus the gallons of fuel used for 2 or 3 tankfulls.

2.       Note the running condition of each vehicle as regards to:

a.       Roughness of running.

b.       Loudness of engine and crackle factors (unwanted engine noises).

c.       Handling of vehicle such as pulling power and quickness of response.

3.       Note the visible condition of the vehicle’s exhaust.  Then, if possible, obtain:

a.       Tailpipe emissions readings of Hydrocarbons (HC) and Carbon Monoxide (CO) on

gasoline fueled vehicles.

b.       Tailpipe emissions readings plus Opacity readings noting any visible smoke present,

on diesel fueled vehicles.

B.      After gathering the individual vehicle’s baseline data, add the respective ENERGY+ directly

To the vehicles fuel tank at the following (double dose) Test Dosage:

GASOLINE ENERGY+            add 1 oz per 15 gallons (60 liters) of gasoline

DIESEL ENERGY+                       add 1 oz per 8 gallons (30 liters) of diesel fuel

Note:  The tests described herein are of a short duration.  Therefore, it is essential that at least the above (double) dosage be used.  However, it would be better to triple or even quadruple the dosage.  These tests are for effect and demonstrate the capability of the ENERGY+ product to perform in a short period of time.  Ongoing, day-to-day usage of the ENERGY+ will yield the same good benefits, over the long period of time, when using the following normal dosages:

GASOLINE ENERGY+            add 1 oz per 30 gallons (120 liters) of gasoline

DIESEL ENERGY+           add 1 oz per 15 gallons (60 liters) of diesel fuel

C.      A comparison of the BEFORE data with the AFTER (with ENERGY+) data will show a

significant improvement to the performance of the vehicle in all three test areas.
